So... as the population eligible for working to support the economy is declining, the Countries are actively reducing the number of workers available to support their economy?

But the Europeans have done more to combat climate change than anyone. But that explains why when I landed in Lisbon and got off the plane I thought I was in Angola instead of Portugal.
