The Republican Party and the oligarchs don't care about the masses anyway, seeing the peons simply as something disposable or worse, food. Republicans and Democrats in Congress are well-insulated from healthcare crises with their platinum medical coverage. Congressmen and Senators have access to a first-class medical clinic hidden away in the US Capitol, overseen by USN Rear Admiral Dr. Brian Patrick Monahan, the "Attending Physician of the United States Congress."
