A C-SPAN caller who said she was upset by "hatred" in the media suddenly pivoted and threatened to "shoot these people's brains out."

During the Thanksgiving Day edition of C-SPAN's Washington Journal program, a woman named Gerry called in from New Jersey to complain about the network.

"I watch C-SPAN every morning, every morning, faithfully," she said, "and the callers that call in are so full of hate. I've never seen anything like it, okay? Now, one of the reasons I believe this is happening is you got the media, and I say this about all stations, the lies, the lies that come across the media."

"And the problem is that when you don't get the facts, you get the hatred," she continued. "It's festered. You got people that call in about Trump. I mean, literally want to see him go. Either get assassinated, go. You have Republicans. You got Charlie Kirk that was killed. There were people celebrating it, celebrating it, and I blame the media for that. C-SPAN is the worst!"

CSPAN, which basically is just has a still camera in both houses of Congress, and offers some call-in shows.

That's the worst?

Gerry ended the call with a warning.

"And I'm sitting here in my sunroom, and I'm thinking I'd like to shoot these people's brains out!" she exclaimed.

But those of us on the other side of the aisle should find a different tack.

Amirite?

The low hanging fruit of the demonization of the First Amendment protection of the press is the forte of such intellectual Afshin Ghaderzadeh's of our generation, such as:

"You got Charlie Kirk that was killed. There were people celebrating it, celebrating it, and I blame the media for that."

It's not completely wrong.

But it is wrong to blame the medium and not the message.

Nick Fuentes was on social media and called for Charlie Kirk's assassination two weeks before it happened.

Maybe blame the people saying this stuff?

@#1 ... A C-SPAN caller who said she was upset by "hatred" in the media suddenly pivoted ...

Did she mention which media has upset her so?

I am left wondering:

Why is it that two of the supposed "retired military" here, Major DEI Boaz and MaSturbationGetsTough, are such wimps when it comes to honoring their oath of office?

Okay, okay, MaSturbationGetsTough was only an enlisted person.

But Major DEI Boaz was supposedly an officer, and a military officer's oath is very precise:

I ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God. (Title 5 U.S. Code 3331)

... and yet these supposed military "people" refuse to defend their fellow battle buddies, shipmates, and grunts.

Instead, they're sh*tting all over their service and rank, all in an effort to defend a person who calls them suckers.

I'm sensing...

#7 You might want to run that one by Perry "bell boi" Mason.

He's the one pushing the meme that the media is untrustworthy after being told for more than 50 years that the media is untrustworthy.
