Sore Loser Mayor Eric Adams Continues Sinister Sabotage

The deeply unpopular Eric "Stymie Beard from the Little Rascals" Adams, who should be in prison if Dummkopf Trumpf didn't pardon him, has been appointing landlord-friendly political hacks to the NYC Rent Control Boards to "stymie" the popular incoming NYC Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani. Meanwhile, charismatic Zohran had won 50.78% of NYC voters on Tuesday 4 Nov 2025, as well as winning over the support of two Presidents, Dummkopf Trumpf and Barack Obama.

Another Reason Why Incumbent Eric Adams Lost Terribly

On a NYC taxpayer-funded expensive and unnecessary junket to Israel last month, the incredibly peccable Eric Adams proudly posed with rabid Settlers and soldiers of the ethnic-cleansing IDF. The Palestinian Health Authority reports that since 7 Oct 2023, when Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu initiated his vicious retribution pogrom against the Palestinians in Gaza, the IDF has killed 70,117 Muslims, the majority of whom are children and women. The number of injured and maimed is now 170,999.

So, should the thoroughly venal Eric Adams (and disgraced sexual predator Andrew Cuomo for that matter) wonder why they both lost to Bronx High School of Science alum Zohran Mamdani?

An international arrest warrant for war crimes issued by the ICC remains active for Benjamin Netanyahu. An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of a law.

Signed contracts for Manhattan homes costing $4 million or more rose to 176 in November, a 25% increase from October's 141 deals, according to fresh data from brokerage Douglas Elliman and appraiser Miller Samuel. New signed contracts of more than $4 million increased at more than twice the rate of the overall market, the report noted.

Olshan Realty similarly noted an uptick in Manhattan luxury buyers. In its most recent market report, the firm said the 17 contracts signed in the last week of November for Manhattan homes over $4 million bested its 10-year Thanksgiving week average. Compared with October's luxury sales totaling 115, November's sales increased more than 31% to 151 properties, according to the firm.
