On behalf of Willy Wender Aceituno (46) of Charlotte, NC, the ACLU has filed a $1.25 million federal damages claim against the US government over a November 2025 incident in which ICE agents smashed his car window and slammed him to the ground, even though he was a US citizen.

During ICE's 2025 Operation Charlotte's Web, federal agents shattered Willy Aceituno's truck window, dragged him out over broken glass, then dumped him two miles away "bleeding and in pain."

"Voting for Dummkopf Trumpf was the worst decision of my life," Willy Wender Aceituno whined.

Aceituno is one of five plaintiffs the ACLU is representing against the nefarious Trumpf junta.

There is no "fixing" or "reforming" ICE and DHS other than completely dismantling them. INS can be reconstituted to its pre-9/11 form and DHS functions can revert back to the FBI, US Postal Inspectors, USCG, and the US Treasury. Look how quickly the diabolical Trumpf junta destroyed USAID. The same can be done with DHS and ICE beginning 20 Jan 2029. Note how many Republicans and AIPAC Democrats do not want to abolish ICE, unlike true progressives.

Below, this imbecile who voted for racist Dummkopf Trumpf is learning the all-important FAFO lesson too late in his life.

And this idiot who voted Republican on Tuesday 5 Nov 2024 has turned to the progressive ACLU, the vanguard of defending the masses, to sue the diabolical Trumpf junta.

"ICE agents smashed his car window and slammed him to the ground, even though he was a US citizen."

This is what I voted for.
