General Josh Rudd, the new director of US Cyber Command and the NSA, used his first all-hands meeting to urge his workforce to share more intelligence with US allies and partners: "Work with our allies until it hurts." Rudd stated that while the Trump administration has emphasized southern-border security, the NSA still should keep a watchful eye on foreign adversaries such as Russia and China.

When Dummkopf Trumpf seized power on 20 Jan 2025, the junta shifted USIC Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) away from Russia, something our allies used to rely heavily upon, to Latin America, drug cartels, Iran, and China.

Moreover, last year DNI Tulsi Gabbard recklessly fired many experienced USIC personnel, losing SMEs in Russia and other critical AORs.

The implication of General Rudd's entreaty for his USIC personnel to work with our allies "until it hurts" is that he must have became aware of a precipitous decrease in shared SIGINT, COMINT, or Cyber intelligence, both from the USIC and from NATO partners because of trust concerns caused by the devious Trumpf junta.

Many NATO and EU intelligence agencies probably consider Dummkopf Trumpf a potential source of sensitive intelligence for the Kremlin and the Israeli Mossad, hence their wariness in sharing quality information with the US.

In turn, the USIC has provided less intelligence on Russia to NATO and our Pacific allies. General Rudd has identified a significant intelligence gap and he is trying to rectify it.

The bedrock of the West's post-WWII international security order are NATO and the Five Eyes Intelligence Sharing Alliance.

Closer to home, Kashyap Pramod Vinod Patel, the worst director the FBI ever suffered with, fired many FBI SAs that were experts on Russia and counterintelligence.

That means while the RCMP in Canada continued providing the USIC with counterintelligence information on Russian operatives in Canada, the FBI began providing less information to them.
