My guess is that what will happen is Musk will be protected, one way or another, as a reward for his pouring all that money to support Republican Party gangsters.
If it were that easy to get an opponent's emails, even if they are public officials, everyone would be doing it. Considering the nightmare that Musk has dumped on America and the world one figures there is a lot of dirt...as he chortles over killing many people as he takes away their USAID and all.
