Another athlete falls from Mount Olympus, this time in Australia.

Former Olympic cyclist and world champion Rohan Dennis received a suspended sentence over what was termed a "tragic accident" that led to the death of his wife, fellow Olympian Melissa Hoskins. Dennis was arrested after Hoskins (32) was struck by his vehicle in front of their home on 30 Dec 2023 following an argument. Hoskins suffered serious injuries in the crash and died at Royal Adelaide Hospital.

The NYT can't help themselves using the term "militants" to describe the Shia Houthis. Who are the Houthis militating against? Does the NYT call Putin's or Netanyahu's homicidal forces "militants?" Enemies of the state, in or out of uniform, are "militants," "terrorists," "Hamas," blah-blah-blah. I guess the 19th-century Sioux or Apache tribes would have been described by the NYT as "militants" too.

Before 2016, no one outside the Middle East except for UN aid workers knew what a "Houthi" was. Since 2016, Sunni Muhammad Bone Saws (MBS) has been using famine as a tactic against the heretical Shias (Houthis) who share the Arabian Peninsula with his predominantly Sunni Muslim Arab monarchy. So the Houthis became allies of Iran, Syria, and Lebanese Hezbollah because these co-religionist regimes helped them, hence we see Houthi counter-attacks against Israeli maritime or ground targets, such as Ben Gurion Airport. Then to help Israel, the US attacks the Houthis. US military casualties and economic costs far outweigh IDF casualties and costs, as we saw from Trumpf's latest waste of money, all paid for by the hardworking American taxpayer.

Netanyahu Says Israel Must Wean Itself Off US Aid

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel needs to begin the move towards ending its reliance on US military aid amid disputes with the Trumpf junta over a wide range of national security issues.

Netanyahu: "We receive close to four billion dollars for arms. I think we will have to wean ourselves off of American security aid, just as we weaned ourselves off of American economic aid."

Neyanyahu realized that Trumpf won't cross the red line that Russian President Vladimir Putin established prohibiting the US from of attacking Iran. The Dotard's coziness with Arab oligarchs is also a problem irritating Netanyahu, Laura Loomer, US Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and AIPAC, all who enjoy watching America's resources being wasted towards Israel's defense. Moreover, the hardworking American taxpayer has had enough of blood on their hands funding the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, all the while subsidizing Israel's universal coverage healthcare system (ranked top ten in the world). International arrest warrants issued by the ICC for Benjamin Netanyahu and Vladimir Putin for war crimes remain active. Indictments are merely accusations. Both defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty at the Hague.

These are the issues that mattered to David Hogg and 6,265,888 progressives on 5 Nov 2024. US Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) and the other Aipacosauruses and NRA-dactyls must go.

Most of the decent world has stood up to Vladimir Putin and 75% of UN member states recognize the State of Palestine. When will the remaining 25% stand up to Benjamin Netanyahu, recognize Palestine, and stop the ethnic cleansing?

One wonders if the UK, Canada, the Vatican, or Australia are choosing leaders that can stand up to Trumpf.
