US Probation Officers write the Pre-Sentence Reports (PSR) that are presented to the USDJ for determining what the punishment will be for the federal convict. USPOs work for the judicial branch, not the executive branch. The AUSAs incorporate what the PSR indicates about the offense using the US Sentencing Guidelines. AUSA memo or not, the 6 Jan offenses are in the PSR and the Trumpf junta can't fire the USPOs or change the reports. Only the judges in those courts can fire USPOs and they should have a good reason to do so. The USDJ will be curious as to what happened to those AUSAs.

Trumpf has done more damage in 11 months than most presidents do in 4 years.

At least 33 Palestinians were killed in a series of murderous IDF air strikes in Gaza. Israel carried out the strikes in response to what it said were violations of the US-brokered ceasefire agreement.
