Senator Mark Kelly should immediately declare that he is a 2028 POTUS candidate to test that water.

Senator Kelly as a national candidate will garner a lot of votes from Democrats, but antiwar progressives won't vote for him in 2028. He is an AIPAC funds recipient which will keep Code Pink, the War Resisters League, the Society of Friends (Quakers), Iraq War Vets, the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), and others home on Tuesday 7 November 2028.
