Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, in a statement on X announcing the probe of Kelly, who is a retired U.S. Navy captain, said, "The video made by the Seditious Six' was despicable, reckless, and false."

"Five of the six individuals in that video do not fall under @DeptofWar jurisdiction," Hegseth wrote." However, Mark Kelly (retired Navy Commander) is still subject to UCMJ " and he knows that."

UCMJ is the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

The Pentagon, in its own statement on X, said that a "thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures."

Trump's a petty little B, and his Henchmen are unAmerican... and apparently too stupid to know the difference between legal orders and illegal orders.

Given their performance, there is NO REASON for any service member to ''assume' that an order from these Fascists is automatically legal... they've proven otherwise.

"serious allegations of misconduct"

There was none.

"further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures."

This is Trump's desperation acting-out. Heavy handed oppression designed to intimidate rank-and-file service members but also Congress.

It come on the day when the first wave of Trump's dictatorial lawlessness has been strangled in its crib. Let's hope that this nastiness fares no better.

Sec Hegseth should also investigate instructors at the military academies who tech the cadets the same thing as was said in that video, i.e., do not follow illegal orders.

I suspect there's a contingent that wouldn't mind finishing the job on his wife either.

Let's start making pariahs of our astronauts. Fine idea.
