So, if troops are protecting a federal building (federal buildings were repeatedly targeted in 2020) according to JPW they can't do anything. If a couple of guys start helping Molotov cocktails at them and the building they have been tasked with protecting, they just have to stand there and do nothing. It's as if JPW wants these buildings burned down just as was attempted numerous times in 2020.
