By "Asians" we mean people who live in Asia, especially leaders of Asian countries. We don't mean Asian-American voters. They tend to be Democrats because Republicans, especially Donald Trump, often use minorities as whipping boys (and girls). Americans are worried silly about the election, but Asian government and business leaders in India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and other Asian countries (except China) don't think there is much difference between the candidates. For them, the biggest issue is dealing with China. Both Donald Trump and Kamala Harris have put reining in China high on their to-do lists. They have different plans but neither one is China-friendly and that's what counts for the leaders of the various Asian nations.

The first congressional election was in 1788.

If you're the type of person who is willing to help Donald Trump try to cheat in order to win an election, yesterday was a disheartening day for you, as three different folks of that description got smacked upside the head by the courts. read more

What kind of **cked-up world does BILLJOHNSON live in?

He actually believes that a woman would carry a wanted child for 6, 7, 8, even 9 months, and then callously decides to abort said wanted child, because just exactly why?

The reason why is that BILLJOHNSON and his ilk believe that women are just too stupid to leave their health care in the hands of the people who actually know what's going on: the woman and her health care provider This includes the decision to abort a child.

So, since BILLJOHNSON and his ilk believe that they know what's best for women - women they will never meet and never know - they want the government in the same room as the woman and her health care provider. And why is that? It is because they can't be there themselves.

That's the kind of **cked-up world BILLJOHNSON and his ilk long to live in.

Or are you being just willingly ignorant?

At least my HTML posts don't butcher the available posting space the way your posts do.

I'm constantly asked if I'm the one supposedly seeking attention.

Is that what you're doing?

If you don't know how to do basic HTML, please reach out.

If you don't know basic HTML and cannot figure this out, and do not want to become informed, well, then, congratulations

Inquiring minds want to know.

That's set up on the site of the 1/6 insurrection (the Capitol is immediately behind the photographer) and depicts what is supposed to be Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi's (D-CA) desk, adorned with... well, you can see (as a result of this, we now have a file called pelosi_poop.jpg on our servers). Frankly, we are disappointed that we had to wait to hear from M.G. in Boulder, and that the staff dachshunds did not flag it first.

In case any viewer happens to miss the sarcasm, there's also a plaque mounted on the platform on which the desk stands this

It's not too easy to read in the photo, but what it says is: "This memorial honors the brave men and women who broke Into the United States Capitol on January 6th, 2021 to loot, urinate, and -------- throughout those hallowed halls in order to overturn an election. President Trump celebrates these heroes of January 6th as 'unbelievable patriots' and 'warriors.' This monument stands as a testament to their daring sacrifice and lasting legacy."

We don't have too much to add to that, but we do appreciate some snark, as well as a person who finds a way to uphold the American traditions of free speech and protest without feeling the need to, say, threaten to deploy the U.S. Army against those with whom they disagree. (Z)
