The anti-vaxx movement has always been on the fringes (largely religious fringes) until it blew up in the early 2000s with the autism nonsense. It grew steadily but received a huge jolt in support during COVID.

For childhood vaccines it would be largely the same. Either it didn't work as well for them individually for whatever reason or as they age the immunity wanes. That's why certain vaccines like dTap/Tdap, tetanus ect have recommended boosters every so often.

Some vaccines like MMR are pretty much set for life if you have the two shot series and there's a test you can get to make sure you're still antibody positive if you want to be sure, so it's not really a singular answer but it depends on the specific vaccine.

As usual, the GOP inherits a decent or good economy and wrecks it because they have absolutely no idea what they're doing economically.

Their ideas have been a failure and stale for at least two decades.

The tragedy is that I'm not sure this time is the same old incompetence but is, rather, an intentional reset to gain more favorable economic terms for the wealthy.

Do you see scenarios where vaccinated kids/people contract diseases they were vaccinated for?

Vaccine responses are never 100% because genetics, environment...all the usual suspects on why humans vary widely. Most importantly is age. Our immune systems also "age" and respond differently and, typically, less effectively the older we get.

Yes, diseases like polio are imported at low levels. By whom? Usually anti-vaxx religious communities that travel abroad and bring it back to their communities, where it finds a nice enclave of unprotected hosts because they've refused vaccination.

The remainder are the unfortunate few who can't be vaccinated (ie young children) and who are exposed to the adult idiots who brought it back with them.

Again, as I mentioned, there is no scenario where anti-vaxx morons aren't the central hub of disease.

We already know the effects of vaccine uptake dropping even 5-10%. That's the reason we're seeing huge measles outbreaks everywhere.

In other words, your question and suggestion of no effect is completely implausible.
