Trump's speech at the Saudi-U.S. Investment Forum 2025 was about how Middle Eastern cities like Riyadh and Abu Dhabi grew because of their own hard work, not help from Western countries. He said these cities did well by sticking to their traditions and making their own plans, like Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which funded projects such as the Riyadh metro. He also criticized Western countries for causing problems in the region, especially the Iraq War, which led to a lot of harm, like over 300,000 deaths and instability. Trump called the Middle East's progress a "modern miracle," saying it shows they can build a better future by focusing on their own culture and ideas, not relying on outsiders.

On April 28, the Truman was forced to make a hard turn at sea to avoid incoming Houthi fire, several U.S. officials said. The move contributed to the loss of one of the Super Hornets, which was being towed at the time and fell overboard. That same day, dozens of people were killed in a U.S. attack that hit a migrant facility controlled by the Houthis, according to the group and aid officials. Then on May 4, a Houthi ballistic missile evaded Israel's aerial defenses and struck near Ben-Gurion International Airport outside Tel Aviv. On Tuesday, two pilots aboard another Super Hornet, again on the Truman, were forced to eject after their fighter jet failed to catch the steel cable on the carrier deck, sending the plane into the Red Sea. By then, Mr. Trump had decided to declare the operation a success. Houthi officials and their supporters swiftly declared victory, too, spreading a social media hashtag that read "Yemen defeats America."

This good, detailed NPR article serves as reminder is that the White House is full of Nazi sympathizers and that the Trump Regime's constant claim to be "fighting antisemitism" is a transparent pretext to punish protesters, universities, and other people and entities they hate.

Remember that the next time you come across a news article or a piece of commentary which credulously repeats the claim that the Regime's authoritarian crackdown is somehow being done to "combat antisemitism" or that it in any way constitutes a defense of Jewish people. It shouldn't be hard, as such patently disingenuous statements are published nearly every day.

Trump and many of his senior advisors at best, see Jewish people as mere tools they can use to advance their own agenda. At worst, they view them with hatred and disdain. Their words, their deeds, deeds such as granting political asylum and permanent residency to a man who posted Jews are dangerous' and who shares Holocaust denial content online and their associations make that plain.

Trump just granted asylum to a man who posted Jews are dangerous'
