Here's what I found peculiar and annoying about Kamala'slaughing.
She would often burst into laughter immediately after making a point where someone might have wanted to respond.
The laughter broke the natural flow of communication and kept the floor focused on her.
Personally, I think at times it came across like she was trying to prevent an immediate follow-up question, interruption or continuation of a thought.
It often sounded forced or overly prolonged, which interrupted the normal back-and-forth exchange of ideas and made meaningful responses awkward.

What still amazes me is how many votes Cackles got considering how shallow and unprepared she sounded.
