It was a giant giveaway to keep paychecks flowing to workers to keep the economy from a depression. Lots of my clients took the loans, kept their businesses open and employees working and took the money for themselves. The administration of the loans was ham handed. That is all the orange turd and as I recall lots of members of congress and the white house took advantage of the free money. It was a giant payday.
