Trump declares Biden’s J6 Autopen Pardons as Void

In a scathing attack on former President Joe Biden, US President Donald Trump declared that presidential pardons issued by are "VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT""alleging they were signed using an autopen without his predecessor's knowledge or direct approval. Trump's statement, posted to his Truth Social account, specifically targeted members of the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th Capitol riot, whom he dubbed the "Unselect Committee of Political Thugs." Trump claimed that any pardons associated with the committee are illegitimate due to their alleged use of the autopen, a device that reproduces a person's signature.

Trumpf also withdrew Biden's Presidential Baily Brief (PDB), given as a courtesy to all ex-POTUS. And last July, Joe was kind enough to personally reach out to Trumpf after the failed assassination attempt, which the Dotard publicly acknowledged and appreciated. Trumpf hates Biden more than Obama (who still receives the PDB). #47 is suffering from Biden Derangement Syndrome (BDS).

As the Trump economy melts down to recession or even depression he will get increasingly angry as he tries to divert the blame to previous presidents. If we had a Supreme Court they would declare his attempt to declare pardons granted by Biden illegal but we don't have a Supreme Court any more. They were replaced with a rubber stamp.

The pardons need to be challenged irrespective of whether or not they were signed by autopen.

A president can't offer blanket pre-pardons for crimes you haven't been charged or convicted of.

They should all be tossed and every crime prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

POTUS Jimmy Carter's first official act was to blanket pardon all Vietnam War draft evaders and he ordered a review of all military desertion cases (Proclamation 4483 and Executive Order 11967), autopen or not. This pardon would cover Trumpf who weaseled out of the draft when his father got that podiatrist on Hillside Avenue to sign that his golfing son had "bone spurs." I passed by that podiatrist's office in the early 1980s many times.

The pardon above is not a BLANKET pardon, but a very specific pardon regarding a particular law.

The criminal Dems signing autopen pardons are no different than grifters tricking old people into changing their wills. The same standard should be applied and we need to adjudicate:

1.) Did Biden actually know of the pardons and what they entailed (doubt he ever read a single one)?
2.) Was Biden of sound mind if he actually did authorize them?

Given the DOJ found Biden too incompetent to stand trial, I believe the same standard would apply that he lacks the mental capabilities to sign these pardons or any other legal document for that matter.

To be declared "too incompetent to stand trial" there needs to be a hearing to determine that. The process involves a hearing and an examination by a court-appointed psychiatrist.
