I was responding to "look at the terrified child in the article". Even if we assume the photos in this article were related to an immigration raid (turns out they aren't), many if not most of these supposed raids could individually have just as much legal backing as when they deported "Illegal Elian". The objection being raised with the appeal to emotion is that these raids are immoral even if they're perfectly "legal". So, it's a fair comparison, in that respect.

I wasn't using it to excuse anything, sport. It's a fair thing to compare and see whether people still have the same dissonance they had back then. Most Republicans were all for granting asylum to someone after they entered the U.S. illegally back then, and because of that most Democrats were against it, including Michael Moore, who attacked the Gonzalez family based on their ethnicity. They even went out of their way to emphasize how the name Elian sounded like "Alien".

You should really stay in your lane when it comes to science and biology, since you obviously know nothing about it. There are at least a couple of species of mammals where both the males and females produce milk. This suggests that ------- and mammary glands are not an inherent a sex trait, but they're vestigial in males because at one point they were an evolutionary backup in case the females were either too sick or died from childbirth in order to keep the newborn offspring alive.

BTW, do you have any FTM friends? I bet they'd feel really awkward if they read you said having ------- is what makes them females.
