" Due process is guaranteed by our Constitution"
Due process is for those who have been charged with a crime. It does not apply to deportation.

"The Government expressly agrees that "TdA members subject to removal under the Alien Enemies Act get judicial review." Reply in Support of Application To Vacate 1. "It is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law" in the context of removal proceedings. Reno v. Flores, 507 U. S. 292, 306 (1993). So, the detainees are entitled to notice and opportunity to be heard "appropriate to the nature of the case." Mullane v. Central Hanover Bank & Trust Co., 339 U. S. 306, 313 (1950). More specifically, in this context, AEA detainees must receive notice after the date of this order that they are subject to removal under the Act. The notice must be afforded within a reasonable time and in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek habeas relief in the proper venue before such removal occurs."
-SCOTUS, Donald J Trump et al v. J.G.G. et al, April 7,2025
SCOTUS says you're an idiot and a traitor to your country, Jeff.
Why do you hate America? Why do you hate the Constitution?
Liberals, you have become your own worst enemy. I remember in 2022 that everyone said we were in a recession after the stock market dropped more than it has recently. And the liberal reply was telling us we aren't in a recession and the definition we used for recession forever was actually not correct.
It's sad you are so oblivious to reality that you can't even stop for a minute to think critically about anything you say. And the result is a blowhard idiot is voted into office, all because liberals can't get outside of their fictional world to join the rest of us in the real world to try to solve problems so that an idiot like Trump doesn't get voted in to shock the system.
But, yeah, blame everything on people who don't agree with everything you say. That has worked wonders for your party and for this country, hasn't it?

Generally, 2 quarters of negative GDP growth is considered a recession unofficially. That didn't happen in 2022, did it?
Didn't think so. We had 7.4%, -1.0%, then 0.3%.
Go home and take your meds.
