Former Los Angeles Deputy Mayor of Public Safety Brian K. Williams (61) was charged with threatening to bomb Los Angeles City Hall last year in a single-count information. Williams agreed to plead guilty to the felony charge, which carries a statutory maximum sentence of ten years in federal prison. Williams used the Google Voice application on his personal cellphone to place a call to his city-issued cellphone and then falsely reported: "Bomb threat: I received phone call on my city cell at 10:48 am this morning. The male caller stated that he was tired of the city support of Israel, and he has decided to place a bomb in City Hall. It might be in the rotunda.' In fact, Williams received no such call and had made the bomb threat himself. At no time did Williams intend to carry out the threat. Ten years is a severe punishment for the instant offense and the federal judge will most likely punish him on the lower end of the US Sentencing Guidelines. read more
Emily Gabriella Sommer (32) was arrested in connection with an 8 May incident during which she allegedly spit on former US Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr. Sommer is charged with one count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding a government official. On 8 May then-Interim US Attorney Martin was conducting an on-camera interview on the street in front of his office. During the interview Sommer approached Martin and stated words to the effect of, "Who in the f-- are you?" Martin turned to face Sommer. Sommer then said, "Are you Ed Martin? You are. Ed Martin." Sommer lunged at Martin and spit on his shoulder. Sommer then walked away and yelled, "You are a disgusting man. F--- you, Ed Martin. My name is Emily Gabriella Sommer, and you are served." US Marshals located Sommer and placed her under arrest on 22 May. A complaint is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. read more
A former FBI SA is out on $100,000 bond after being arrested for attempting to expose a covert Russian intelligence campaign to gain influence over Elon Musk and Peter Thiel. The decorated counterintelligence agent has nearly two decades of service, specializing in Russian espionage operations. The SA had previously been commended for his work uncovering sleeper cells and disinformation networks operating inside the US. The SA became alarmed after obtaining intelligence suggesting that Russian military intelligence (GRU) had successfully cultivated relationships with high-profile Silicon Valley billionaires, using a combination of flattery, backchannel political access, and subtle kompromat. When his superiors allegedly refused to escalate the matter, he attempted to alert the public through unofficial channels, an act the Department of Justice quickly branded as an unlawful release of classified material. read more
#101: Hi Hamburglar. Both words work, thank you. But I chose "insurgency" because that's how the dinosaurs-- protectors of the status quo, the NRA, and AIPAC-- see her and the other progressives in the DNC-- a threat to their cozy structure which must be stamped out, like an insurgency: www.gannett-cdn.com
US Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is expert at banging the drums of the proletariat here in the US, but ensures the smooth, uninterrupted flow of American taxpayer funds go to Israel every year, like a closet-Likudnik. When Schumer capitulated on the GOP budget in mid-March 2025, he rendered a tortured explanation full of holes that "things would be worse in America with a government shutdown." But Schumer did not fool US Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT), AOC from NYC, David Hogg, and antiwar progressives; hence AOC's insurgency to oust "Senator AIPAC" in a primary: external-content.duckduckgo.com
#1: Hi Corky: As you are aware, this particular TV commentator you highlighted is one of the Kremlin chickenhawks, patriotically calling for the conquest and Russification of Ukraine, but not going to war himself or discussing the appalling daily Russian casualties. In the past 24 hours, 1,050 Russian soldiers were rendered ineffective, like this troop (conscript or kontractniki): cdn.images.express.co.uk

This was the zenith of arrogance, stupidity, and intellectual property theft all at once by Trumpf to try and put the wool over the eyes of an African who spent time in prison but eventually became one of the wealthiest businessmen in South Africa.
The Dotard got the idea to ambush President Cyril Ramaphosa with photos from Ukraine President Volodomir Zelensky. He showed Trumpf genuine photos of tortured Ukrainian POWs during their infamous Oval Office meltdown, to which Trumpf gave a cursory look and made feckless remarks: nypost.com

#4: The Deputy US Marshal, also trained by the ATF to conduct firearms traces and explosives investigations, could have been better utilized for two weeks in the DC area. I linked the crime rate for Wash DC. In the attached complaint, look at the investigatory work the Deputy USM put into this matter on behalf of Edward R. Martin Jr, Esquire.
Simpler Solution:
Deputy US Marshals secure the AUSA building where the interview took place. In the photos above, you could see the bollards protecting the entrance. If Edward R. Martin Jr was indeed "assaulted" by Emily Gabriella Sommer, he could have run into the building and pointed out the offender to any of the DUSMs at the magnetometer station. Instead, he took the time to write out the formal Information (which carries the same weight as an indictment), then had the USMS spend time researching this woman to ensure vengeance or punishment.
As for me, I would have accepted my punishment from the woman for being a rightwing jerk. Or, if I felt threatened or was assaulted, I would have run inside the building and asked the DUSMs to arrest the woman. If this was a man, I might have employed ju-jitsu on him. But then I'm hurting a guy that didn't hurt me.

As if America isn't violent enough with someone being killed by a firearm every eleven minutes in the US, the GOP and the Trumpf junta have made access to machine guns and silencers easier. Terrific. We'll have to let the dust settle on this incident because the rightwing smoke screens are already up with the AIPAC talking point that any offense or crime against Israelis is antisemitism. Uh-huh. This young man could have killed any number of victims outside a temple if he was a Jew hater. The Israeli Consulate-General in Chicago is located in Suite 3100, 500 West Madison. Why travel from Chicago to Washington DC for this?

In essence, Benjamin Netanyahu put a target on the back of Jews worldwide, whether they are Sephardic or Ashkenazi, Labor or Likud, innocent peace activists or virulent Islamophobes. This is more blood on the hands of the "Crime Minister" of Israel.
An international arrest warrant issued by the ICC for war crimes and crimes against humanity remains active for Benjamin Netanyahu. An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Crypto Oligarch Who Avoided US Justice About to Luxuriously Dine With Dotard Trumpf
"Crypto billionaire Justin Sun for years wouldn't set foot in the US for fear of arrest. The Chinese-born tycoon, facing scrutiny from US authorities, even missed a chance to fly on Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin rocket despite paying $28 million for the opportunity." the Wall Street Journal reports.
"Now, Sun isn't just back in America. He is about to attend a dinner with Dotard Trumpf as a VIP guest."
"After weeks of industry speculation, Sun confirmed that he is the largest holder of the president's $TRUMP memecoin. His some $23-million stash catapults him into the exclusive circle of 25 investors who were invited to a private VIP reception with the president on Thursday."

Throwing in "Iran-backed" is another distraction; Bloomberg News just can't help itself. 25% of UN members do not recognize the State of Palestine, but 75% do. If France President Emmanuel Macron, UK PM Keir Starmer, and Canada PM Mark Carney mean what they say about a peace plan, they should put their money where their mouth is and just recognize the State of Palestine.
Let me help them:
"As of today, _________ recognizes the State of Palestine."
There, nine simple words.
An international arrest warrant issued by the ICC for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu remains in effect. The indictment reads:
An indictment is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
