Running a deficit does not imply potential bankruptcy.

In bad years California has run a deficit in the tens of billions of dollars. And yet this year our budget is roughly balanced.

And States cannot even declare bankruptcy anyway.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Code does not include provisions for state bankruptcy filings.

Yeah Trumpy and his weaponized DOJ should definitely stop doing that.

The courts still decide what is constitutional and what is not. Trumpy is obviously not capable of interpreting the law and it's not even his job.

While that attempt was blocked, it happened to be using one of the new DOGE accounts and had the correct name and password.

Looks like they gave the username and password to a Russian.

But they forgot to change the firewall settings to allow remote access from outside the firewall.

SCOTUS ruled 9-0 that Trumpy violated the law and needs to bring the man back and give him his due process. THEN he can deport him to a foreign hell hole.
