Good point.

Alito is still figuring out how to put together the semblance of a sensible argument to support his dissent.

Thomas, the Harriet Miers of the Court, knows he is too lazy and too stupid to pull that off, so he'll just agree with Alito.

Any "Reasons" given for dissenting are Lies.

And no it's not as easy to get them all out once they are in. Some yes. Many no.

The equivalent of letting people enter... is letting people leave.

You're comparing the State letting people enter freely,
To a President invoking the police powers of the State to round up ten million people at gunpoint.

That's a feature, not a bug.
It would be refreshing if a Republican could simply admit the point of all this is to disappear people without judicial review.
