Orders that are issued without an opinion are often unsigned, meaning that no one justice takes responsibility for them, and no Justice thinks it worth registering a dissent.

Short opinions are sometimes issued per curiam meaning "by the court". This means that no one Justice takes responsibility or credit for them, either. They are usually brief and non-controversial, perhaps procedural.

Subject was identified as a member of the Mara Salvatrucha MS-13, "Chequeo" from the Western Clique a transnational criminal street
gang. This information was provided by tested source who has provided truthful accurate information in the past. See Prince Georges
County Police Department (Gang Sheet)."

This excerpt from ICE does not mention a domestic violence issue cited by Trumpf junta spokesperson Karoline Leavitt. ICE is relying on a single source informant who alleges Mr Abrego-Garcia is a member of MS-13. In 2019, the subject was granted Withholding of Removal, meaning he can not be sent back to El Salvador. If ICE deported Mr Abergo-Garcia to El Salvador without a hearing from an Immigration Judge, he was NOT given due process and was sent there in contradiction of the judge's ruling.

Rant? Alito basically said the SCOTUS didn't follow the law, allowing the ALCU to jump the lower courts to get an injunction. Also in the hilarity of not giving the government "due process".

It's not at all clear to me that the Supreme Court had any appellate statutory jurisdiction in this case.

There is no injunction. There is an administrative stay so the court process can play out without the Buffoon clandestinely deporting people that may not fit the criteria. How much of the court papers in these cases have you read? I've read a lot. The SC had good reason to be distrustful of the Buffoon.

It would be bad enough if Alito's dissent were merely tone-deaf. But its effort to find something wrong with the majority's intervention smacks of an attempt not to take the law where it leads him, but to try to manufacture a justification for sitting on his hands while even more folks are wrongly removed to a Salvadoran prison, from which it is proving increasingly difficult to get anyone back. It's fortunate that only one of his colleagues joined him.
