There is a great video floating around of some ICEHOLES walking up to a porch somewhere in DC and asking for ID. Some local men were drinking and smoking on a porch stoop and those men knew they weren't doing anything wrong and weren't about to provide any ID. The ICEHOLES got real nice all of a sudden. California had a $12 billion deficit in an overall $322 billion budget in a $4 trillion dollar economy.
