President Donald Trump signed an executive order ending cashless bail on Monday. "One of the executive orders has to do with cashless bail -- that's when the big crime in this country started," Trump said before signing the order. He said that when a person kills someone, and they are released on cashless bail, they are just told to return to court, but they don't. "They thought it was discriminatory" to require bail after killing people on the street, Trump said. The executive order charges the attorney general to identify cashless bail jurisdictions in order to withhold their federal funding. "So important -- this isn't Republican or Democrat, Trump said, signing the order. "By the way, most Democrats agree with this. We got to bring our country back."

During the last Presidential Admin, we saw exactly how dropping bail worked out. Crime rose like flood water.

If there's enough evidence to make an arrest, the person arrested needs to sit their ass in jail until trial, or put some skin in the game to ensure there's money for resources to track them down should they not show for court.

I didn't think it was possible either ... but it has happened.

On Feb. 2, a grand jury in Manhattan Supreme Court indicted Clark for murder in the second degree, assault, two counts of robbery and grand larceny.
The suspect was arraigned Thursday on the superseding charges. At the hearing, Manhattan prosecutors requested that Clark be remanded without bail.
But in a shocking move, Judge April Newbauer released Clark on his own recognizance.

Um....
Okay let's just keep you in jail until we get some evidence to support your arrest.

Congrats for being retarded, I guess...

You're stance it to take something that probably happens less than 1% of the time and use it as an argument... Fkking retarded. No wonder you never did anything with your life other than cruise bath houses looking for dope money.

1% is more than enough for you.
How often do you think men dress up like women so they can expose themselves to women in the women's locker room?
Yet you'll use that argument to say trans women shouldn't be allowed to use the women's bathroom.

Cashless bail is atrocious. Having said that, Trump lacks the authority to do this. This will get swatted down in court.

I think you are correct. But there are other things the Federal Govt can do to make this happen at a state level.

They've done it with speed limits and the drinking age in the past.

Yes, and an EBT card.

Same thing JPW did. Bragged about his doctorate and few nights later was talking about his gig as a short order cook.

I don't judge people by what they do for a living or by how much money they make, but it isn't a good look when they have to lie because of insecurities or whatever.

I don't talk about my career on here anymore. And it doesn't my posture here if I'm simply regarded a stock guy at the local 7-11.

#23 | POSTED BY SNOOFY

This isn't true. There are lots of layoffs but the people laid off, but people in larger SW firms aren't laid off.

Google even had layoffs, and in 6 months most everyone was hired back in different rolls.

I personally have never been laid off, the day may come but I suspect I will retire before that.

RE:Like Microsoft and their 100 day rule; look it up clowns.

The 100 day rule is for Temporary employees, IOW the "employee" worked (W2) for someone else NOT Microsoft.

Its not a LAYOFF, its the end of the term the IRS has said is max allowable before the person is an employee.
Also you would know this going into the position.

Google has something similar for TVCs, there's a matrix the only exception is if you are going to get hired by the FAANG, then you wouldn't need this period.
