"America is Becoming Morally and Ethically Bankrupt"

Hate to be an Eberly here, but America being morally and ethically bankrupt is nothing new.
What's happened, in more of a historical sense, is we did a hard reverse on forward progress on equality, once trans women started publicly existing.

But, to the point of the headline:
All the above is true, we're going backwards on Civil Rights, and not just for the queers, but:
It's America Becoming Financially Bankrupt that has people on edge.

Republicans can't figure out, or don't care, their xenophobia is destroying the tourism economy.
Republicans can't figure out, or don't care their xenophobia will destroy the FREE MONEY that is the World Cup and the Olympics.
Major European postal services stop shipment of goods to the United States in the past few days, citing the uncertainty of tariffs.
Trump is destroying the economy before our eyes, and the only ones who can stop it went on vacation so they wouldn't have to release the Epstein Files.

I hate when I editorialize on my own posts, but,

It's the gay (and now, a generation later, trans) children that really set them off.

The existence of their own gay (and now, a generation later, trans) trans children. It infuriates them. It could not possibly be accepted, it must be someone's fault -- and certainly not their own, or their G-d!

Trump offered them a future without trans people, brown people, women in positions of power, and the stampeded for it.
