Your ignorance is showing. There are scant amount of lobbies in the Democratic party. Most are Moderate and Conservative. We liberals get relegated to second class status with both parties.

The thing about agricultural labor is that all of it could and would be mechanized if the producers had to actually pay full market price for labor. But they don't. Government subsidizes it instead of preventing illegal immigration. Big business is now owned by Democrats and they like the synergy of illegals and new voters. Or at least they did until Trump now gets more votes from working class than "highly educated but clueless Dem elites" get. College for many has become indoctrination on taxpayer dime and that will be corrected.

I think there is a certain dishonesty when people claim to believe in reproductive rights but only want to extend it to women because she bears the child.

I believe if a man is willing to assume responsibility, there should be father's rights.

He should have legal grounds to force the woman to give birth to his child.

There would be exceptions just like as with abortion. But if a woman has consensual sex permitting a man to be with her, she should have diminished reproduction rights if she ends up pregnant from it.

If we're talking about people having productive rights, it's hypocritical to exclude men.

Seems to me women aren't that concerned with reproductive rights but instead just the right to kill the baby.

If not all of the nine justices vote on a case, or the Court has a vacancy, then a tied vote is possible. If this occurs, then the decision of the court below is affirmed, but the case is not considered to be binding precedent. The effect is a return to the status quo ante.

Presidents only get one appointment per four-year term. If this means a court smaller than nine for a bit, that's fine.

It has to be an odd number because if the decision is a tie it only affects that case in that jurisdiction. It doesn't affect the whole country.

Dumb move How did that work out for us the last time the Democrats tried to get RBG to resign and she was much older and had more wrong with her medically speaking. She needs to stay where she is at right now.

Most of America with character, sense and respect for others have come to see the new Democrats as the anti democracy and anti-freedom and pro hate party. I just listened to an interview of a latino family and their son. The adult son didn't like Trump at first, but he grew to like him because "He (Trump) says what he thinks and doesn't care" and the son "respect him for that."

The Mom and Dad said they came here "illegally" but they aren't like the new ones coming. They were good people. Like all the friends and people they know that are also Latino that are around them. "Trump will get rid of those bad ones" (paraphrased, but close).

The Mom and Dad were granted amnesty under Reagan and are now "legal."

I just kept shaking my head as I heard their words.
