Happy birthday Jimmy!
"Former President Jimmy Carter, who has been in hospice care for more than 17 months, has said that he has every intention of voting for Vice President Kamala Harris in the fall, according to his family. Mr. Carter's son Chip asked his father on Wednesday if he was trying to make it to his 100th birthday, according to the former president's grandson Jason. "I'm trying to make it to vote for Kamala Harris," Mr. Carter replied, according to the grandson."

Horrible President.
Good Christian.
He's an example of how a Democrat can do Christianity.
Democrats have forgotten how.
In order to be like Carter, you have to be a Christian. Which is why we will never see a Christian Democrat again.

I canvassed for Carter as a 12 year-old.I learned a lot by talking to folks. Jimmy Carter was too smart and too moral to survive in DC. Once the evangelicals turned against him, it was over. Happy Birthday, Mr President.

Carter is looking damned good after Ronald Reagan, George W. Bush, and Donald Trump.
Cater's memorial will be a marble statue. Trump's will be a burn pit.

W spent his post presidency years painting pictures of fruit and defrauding veterans charities, Raygun was pretty much mentally a squash by the time he left and P01135809 has spent his time stealing classified documents, selling sneakers, edited bibles, trading cards, overpriced silver coins and now cheap ass gold plate watches whilst sliding down the dementia hole I'd say Carter is looking pretty pretty pretty good.

You could do much worse than following his example. In fact, you already do. He, you see, is a real man, a big man, a success as a human being. Give it a go.

You claiming Christianity as your mantle now Boaz?
FACT: In the military Carter outranked you and you would have followed his orders... his leadership abilities were leagues above you.
In retirement from his service to the nation, Carter outranked you in his service to the world. He stopped working for change only when his body gave out.
You've done nothing but feather your own nest with a government-subsidized retirement... the rest of us... libruls included... pay for... which was pretty much what you were aiming for. So yay you and your Christian values.

I was part of the Marine Honor Guard at his Inauguration. It was a very cold winter day in January of 1977. I was standing at parade dress trying very hard not to shake from the extreme cold. It was the proudest moment of my service.

And you're voting for a cl0wn to stick it to us libruls... woohoo
Everybody makes mistakes... mistakes happen...but
What do your presidents do after retirement from office... besides "paint pichurs in the bathtub"?
Let me tell you... they donate and fundraise for national and international aid organizations founded by Democrat ex-presidents like Carter, Clinton, and Obama.
It has been 5 election cycles... two full decades... since a former Republicl0wn president has attended a Republican convention... because they are distractions to their own party... the ones that voted for them and whom they represent... let alone the rest of us.
I'll take my team's "mistakes" over yours any day.

He supports a candidate for governor who thinks it would be really neato to own a few slaves, women should not have the right to vote and said that certain people need to be killed while in church.
So yes, exactly like Christ.

"He's an example of how a Democrat can do Christianity.
Democrats have forgotten how."
Christianity has forgotten what Christianity all about. The teachings of Christ.
Democrats have not forgotten how to live like Christians and are not afraid to show their humanity to other men. Even if they have different cultures, religions and have different sexual habits. Democrats care about the health of all people. Including and especially our women.
Christians who are supporting the twice impeached convicted felon narcissistic sexual abuser have obviously totally forgotten what being a Christian means.
Jimmy Carter knew how to be a Christian and actually practiced Christianity did not pretend to be Christian like most of today's republican "Christians".
Happy Birthday Jimmy!
While I am not a Christian but I will always be proud to have voted for you.

We just need to remember the responses from the usual suspects of puke about the 39th president and his 100th birthday.
And take zero heat from them when we dance on the graves of their pathetic objects of worship.

When you look back he was actually NOT one of worst Presidents but he was middling. Turns out the GOP even back then was doing what they could to sabotage elections - like collaborating with new leaders of Iran to avoid releasing hostages before the election on the Iranian hostage crisis. The same ones they have ranted against ever since.
He is a great diplomat and defines what a Christian should seek to be. Overall he is a remarkable man. He single-handedly lead the fight and ended the Guinea worm disease in Africa. Only the second disease ever eradicated in history. He contributed to the fight on many other diseases as well. Physically remarkable too. In addition to volunteering into his 90s he survived Melanoma cancer that went to his brain in his 90s.

What an incredible man. A snippet from this CBS News article:
On President Jimmy Carter's 100th birthday, his Secret Service detail reflects on the assignment of a lifetime Even after he was no longer fit to teach, Carter regularly attended services, his wheelchair positioned next to the front pew as his lead agent sat behind him in a folding chair. "One Sunday in particular, the sermon was talking about making the world a better place," Don Witham recalled. "And [the former president] very quietly, put down his head and said, 'I've tried,' to himself. And I reached forward with both my hands and put them on his shoulders, and I said, 'And sir, you've succeeded.'" "That moment was special for me, because as a 98-year-old man, he's still questioning whether he's done enough," Witham continued. "Even though he's been to Africa and eradicated diseases. He's built homes for people that didn't have them. He's fed those that are in need of food. He did all of this " yet he's still questioning at 98 years old, whether he's done enough." "He was so convicted," Steen said. "In his faith and in his desire to make the world a better place." www.cbsnews.com

Interesting...soooooo what special place in hell is reserved for Bushturd2? The brother of HIS former business partner was the first foreigner to successfully attack our country within its borders in over 200 years. Not only that he helped Bushturd2 get a second term with a blurry video threatening to do it again. Bushturd2 let him get away... said as a matter of public discourse he wasn't worried about bin Laden... he had him on the run. Bushturd2 used his former partner's brother's effigy to start an unnecessary war against a nation his father neutralized a decade earlier. He turned it into a theocracy.
He played war president while the banks gutted the global economy...
How long do you suppose he should spend "paintn' pichurs" in the bathtub to make up for all that? Carter's few mistakes were nowhere near that.

You mean like leave him here long enough... in his right mind... to make history... again... being among 4 (possibly 5) former presidents to vote for the first Woman President in US history?... AN UNPRECEDENTED EVENT orrrrrrr how about ... and this is my favorite.... living to see his seemingly failed presidency redeemed by Bushturd2 and Trumpanzee... who has high jacked 3 out of 5 election cycles... where you can't send a former president to represent past accomplishments at your Cl0wn conventions.
you people are fekkin weird.

In making the point, he used! unusually blunt language about; social differences"about "black! intrusion" into white neighborhoods, for example. He spoke of "alien groups" in communities, and of the had effects of "injecting" a "diametrically opposite kind of family" or "a different kind of person" into a neighborhood
