I don't think was an application, it was falsifying financial statements. Like investing in anything banks had to do their own due diligence.
These weren't normal loans like you or I get.

The statements even included disclaimers stating that the documents were unaudited and that banks should perform their own due diligence.

Imagine had any of Trump's minions here had done what he did on a bank loan application or anything else in #8.... they would still be in prison.

In the Trump case of the felonies they really had to stretch the laws to make the case, they certainly wouldn't do that for your or I.

But you do need an education, the laws are being used by both sides against the other, Biden administration started this. Now you're complaining it's being used against your team. Cope harder. The NEW rule is keep your nose clean or the other team will get you.
The issue is there are so many laws everyone breaks them, tyranny will ensue.

My first thought since it was detainees getting shot, was perhaps it was a cartel hit. But seems like information has come to light the perp just didn't like ICE.

What we know ...

The perp downloaded a document titled "Dallas County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management" containing a list of DHS facilities.

- He conducted multiple searches of ballistics and the "Charlie Kirk Shot Video" between 9/23-9/24.
- Between 8/19-8/24, he searched apps that tracked the presence of ICE agents.
- One of the handwritten notes recovered read, "Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, 'is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?"
- Further accumulated evidence to this point indicates a high degree of pre-attack planning.

Clearly the guy didn't like ICE. I don't see how this can even be in dispute.
