Berlin " An arson attack claimed by a left-wing extremist group has left tens of thousands of residents in Germany's capital without electricity in the dead of winter for several days. The Saturday morning arson attack on critical electricity infrastructure in southwest Berlin cut power to nearly 50,000 homes and businesses, and renewed scrutiny of a long-running sabotage campaign by the left-wing "Vulkangruppe." The group claimed responsibility for the fire, which destroyed several high-voltage cables near the Lichterfelde heat and power station and triggered one of the most severe blackouts the capital has experienced in years. read more

San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie approved a new law setting up a reparations fund to compensate for slavery and racial discrimination that passed the city's Board of Supervisors earlier in December. In a statement to Newsweek, Lurie emphasized that while the new law sets up a reparations fund, the city is not allocating money to it. "I was elected to drive San Francisco's recovery, and that's what I'm focused on every day. We are not allocating money to this fund"with a historic $1 billion budget deficit, we are going to spend our money on making the city safer and cleaner," he said. The fund was set up in response to recommendations for single payments of as much as $5 million to any Black San Franciscans who might be eligible. read more

Its not the impact its the dragging. Baltimore officer hit in same way died today of injuries sustained while being run over.
This stupid ---- show by Trump and Noem is actually hurting immigration enforcement in the long run.
You can't be against illegal immigration, but for keeping them in the country, otherwise its really not a defensible position.
ICE agent was not in the vehicle's path when he fired at driver, video shows

The wheels spin as she slams on the gas, then begins turning the wheels
The officer pulls his weapon not knowing where the wheels are turning or not.
Fires shots, one hits the front windshield the other hits the rear view mirror.
I know you don't care about officers unless they can be used for political gamemanship (J6) but here is a body cam of something similar.
Her intent isn't known.
For reference:
This is bodycam video of Baltimore police officer Amy Caprio, who was ran over and killed in a similar situation to the Minneapolis ICE shooting

Because all of you lie constantly.
What am I lying about? I am just stating things I have scene and heard, and make an educated guess.
We all have the same videos. I'll see if I run into the interview of the young girl that witnessed it, I can't find it right now.
Can you see the tires straight, and wheel spin (if dry for sure she would have plowed the officer) before officer on the front hood draws his weapon? (slomo)

From an angle above you clearly see the officer is hit.
Again I don't think she meant to kill him, she was just trying to flee, and the officers had her penned in.
