Oct 7th was Simchat Torah (which fell during the week-long festival of Sukkot) the IDF was in a minimal strength for the holidays.
Remember how everyone was complaining about the attacks on Ramadam... that was funny.
Or.. maybe you're right, maybe the ethnic supremacist arguments are true. The Israelis are invincible. The Palestinians are completely incompetent and unable to make a surprise attack against god's chosen.

Its not that they are invincible, its just they seem to fight modern war better than any country on the planet.
Their intelligence is top notch, their ability to infiltrate enemy hierarchy is unparalleled.
Oct 7th was a military leadership failure.
Limited by current technology, yes. Limits that are hampering our own abilities to this day.
IMO this wasn't a tech failure but a structural failure within the IDF to not see signal in the noise. There were plenty of signs this attack was going to occur.
They had camera's knocked out, videos of their paraglider training etal.
Heck they even had the plans a year before the attack.
