Technically, no. Socialism is a system where the workers own the means of production. Bernie, in some strange way, seems to expect that wealth creators will keep creating the wealth that he wants to take from them. Maybe? I can't say they won't. But it is irrational to think that the government would want to impose high taxes on individuals and not expect it to modify their behavior or decision calculus.
It's capitalism. Just capitalism where the government gets to control what happens with the profits.

Agreed, the distinction being response to a pandemic versus creating government voids to privatize.

The billionaires won the last election and telehealth was a form of "working from home" that cut into real estate profits but also cut into insurance company profits. And those real estate and insurance companies don't like it when you cut into their profits.
By making it more cumbersome to see a doctor, some people will forgo it so the insurance companies win.
And if too many people got their healthcare via the phone, doctors and therapists might downsize their office space. So now landlords win. Especially the mega landlords.
But 77 million of our neighbors voted for this. Sad how easy it is to con the American public.

There will be no legal remedies.

There will be no federally funded services.

There will be no public access or options.

And what about people who have been on sick leave or annual leave, or will be tomorrow and are unable to respond?
Of course, it will be easy to comply with this initially by listing 5 job functions or 5 examples of implementing particular job functions, but it sounds like this could be a weekly thing. The concern that many people have is that if the response is not worded just right, then it could be used to by DOGE to terminate employees regardless of how well they do their jobs.

To see what the extent of damage fear tactics can generate. Fractures with how officers are recognized, appointed and that hierarchy is being challenged while thousand are being fired immediately, imo.

Trump doesn't fit the biblical description of the Antichrist.
Revelation 13:8 says the Antichrist will be worshiped by "all who dwell on the earth". Trump isn't universally adored and instead faces widespread opposition.
He simply isn't popular enough to match the Bible's portrayal of the Anti-Christ regardless what else might be said.
Near-total global appeal is a critical characteristic of the Antichrist and that's something Trump does not and will never have.
