That has been the plan for decades. Iran doesn't approve and they have a right to defend themselves. Nuttywahoo has been yelling and screaming at the US to do their dirty work for... Anyway... I don't sense Iran collapsing in my lifetime... We have to invade them... we've always had superior weapons... while they have home field advantage... China, Russia, and Iran all have formidable histories of resistance... and resilience...

War is about turning men into corpses, boys into cripples, women into widows, girls into prostitutes, and children into orphans... until someone finally surrenders.

It's spoken about as if it is soldier on soldier, warrior on warrior... but it isn't... it's warriors "preemptively" striking civilians... with impunity.

I was in my 20's when Pahlavi was butchering Iranians to maintain a status quo (for himself)... OPEC was formed in retaliation for the 80/20 oil revenue split imposed when selling their natural resources to Western nations. They felt shafted. It was their "Boston Tea Party" event... freeing themselves from British oppression... I mean wow... we didn't mind when Belize cut their British ties.
