You should hold the president to a higher standard than internet commenters.

The president lied to the nation to get elected by telling them he could lower egg prices, and blamed egg prices on biden.

Republicans are the reason that egg prices are now rhetorically tied to the presidency.

Same with inflation in general. They sold themselves as the cure. So holding them to their word is the voter's job.
