California's gerrymandering doesn't change it from a red to a blue state. It's a blue state that stays blue.

NC's gerrymandering changes it from a blue state to a red state.

But currently Republicans in California represent 38% of all voters based on the last presidential election.

However, Republicans are only represented by 17% of the congressional districts.

Our focus group is the republican party.
