In 2019, there was a study done of 22 million minors.

They found only 85 cases of gender affirming surgery on transgender minors. 0.0023% of minors.
82 out of 85 were chest related surgeries.
97% of all breast reduction surgeries on individuals born male were on cisgender males rather than someone identifying as transgender. (Think, genetic issue or obesity)
They did not find a single instance of anyone 12 years old or younger receiving gender affirming surgery.
