We all know that Trump doesn't have the class to admit a mistake. That would be like saying he was wrong about something and, in his opinion, HE IS NEVER WRONG.
And then Trump suspended the 15-year DOJ veteran attorney, (for not following orders from the Attorney General), who, when he was backed into a corner by the judge, admitted that Mr. Garcia had been deported in error.
Not following orders? From the Attorney General?
It's unfortunate that the attorneys in Trump's DOJ are expected to ignore that they are, first and foremost, Officers of the Court.
There's not a doubt in my mind that the Roberts Supreme Court will give Trump a green light every chance they get if it's at all possible to twist wording of the Constitution in Trump's favor.
This just isn't one of those times.
while Trump wants to blast his way into a Dictatorship, Roberts is taking a more tempered approach.
My guess is that they both have each other on speed dial.
