Given those Files are now a cultural phenomenon, this will work until Monday.

My understanding is that the Maduro government is still in place. And I haven't heard the attitude of the Venezuelan armed forces. And I don't think a Yanqui occupation is anything any Venezuelan ever wanted or asked for.
