America's Drinking Water Increasingly Under Attack by foreign entities, (ala Russian, N. Korean, Iranian, and China hackers). America's aging and vulnerable infrastructure needs more than a band aid.

The tap water is being sabotaged by corporations, mainly Nestle', because they don't see clean water as a basic right. They want consumers to buy their product.
