I'll wager this is unwelcome news to the gang over at Morgan Stanley, underwriters of the TWTR bonds. (In the investment world, it is of utmost importance to avoid even the appearance of dealings with shady people such as two two Russian tykes.)

Let's hope--or not--that Elmo and his band of fools eager to part ways with their money do not default on their indebtedness, less a bunch of people get shoved out of windows and TWTR gets bought by Google/Meta/Microsoft/Amazon, and the Russian government loses a local organ for disinformation...
