White House to Request $98 Billion in Disaster Funds

Around $40 billion of the overall request is expected to be for the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

There will be laffs a-plenty to watch many GOPers in Washington vote against these funds in the coming weeks, despite the need demonstrated by their constituents. Why? A certain fat orange monarch wants to ride to the rescue and sign checks to convince taxpayers he is their savior...
