White House to Request $98 Billion in Disaster Funds

Around $40 billion of the overall request is expected to be for the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

I didn't "suspect" that Harris flushed $11.2 billion dollars in 107 days, that happened. She bought all those celebrities and still lost.
