Arkansas Governor Proposes $6.5B Budget with Half Going to School Vouchers

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Thursday proposed a nearly $6.5 billion budget for the coming year that directs half of new spending toward a school voucher program.

Far better to give citizens complete control over their taxes and schools rather than giving it to public sector unions that want to control citizens and their children.

Except studies have shown that these programs in other states simply give money to rich people to pay for the private school their kids are already attending.
