Who Is Russell Vought?

President-elect Donald Trump has nominated a key architect of the right-wing Project 2025 planning document, Russell Vought, to return as head of the Office of Management and Budget.

More

The Office of Management and Budget is a HUGELY powerful office in government. They essentially can dictate who each department spends it's money.

Project 2025 is coming and coming fast and hard.

This is what was voted for

Comments

RUSSELL VOUGHT: We want the bureaucrats to be traumatically affected. We want " when they wake up in the morning, we want them to not want to go to work, because they are so " they are increasingly viewed as the villains. We want their funding to be shut down, so that the EPA can't do all of the rules against our energy industry, because they have no bandwidth financially to do so. We want to put them in trauma.

AMY GOODMAN: Now, explain what the OMB does, the Office of Management and Budget, why it's such a powerful position.

MOLLY REDDEN: It's such a powerful position because, first of all, it oversees all of the regulations that the administration puts out. So, Congress can write a check for " you heard him in those videos talk about defunding the EPA and making sure regulators don't have what they need. So, even if Congress appropriates money for clean water regulation, you know, scrubbing pollution from the atmosphere, Vought can " Vought and his agency can oversee how rules get technically written so that that money can dry up.

This is what you voted for an unchecked executive branch terrorizing government employees

Just because a large portion of voters went for this cabal does not mean that their deeds are to be tolerated, if they run afoul of the law, public policy, morality or common decency. The election count reveals that there is no sweeping mandate for these people to run roughshod over Americans and those here legally. The court of King Dotard II must be held to account at every turn, from day one, because the future of this country demands it ...

Their stated goal is to take Congress out of the spending decisions which is clearly unconstitutional. What Vought wants to do is eliminate the Constitution and the concepy of three equal branches of government though, unfortunately, there really are onlt two right now withthe currently corrupt Supreme Court.

Who is he?

The destroyer of my America,
and the initiator of
Authoritarian Oligarchy in America
as the official policy of the government.

He will gut the entire Social Safety Net.
No longer any mercy for the misfortunate.
Can't have that in the corporately owned state of America.

I was told repeatedly by MAGAts that P2025 was a liberal hoax. They're about to find out.
