Donald Trump's executive orders to root out diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives extended all the way to observance of certain holidays.

Intelligence officials are starting to leak to me now too. Here's a memo Defense Intelligence Agency personnel received instructing them to suspend observances including: - Holocaust Remembrance Day - MLK Day - Juneteenth

When Alexander the Great conquered a nation he had his officers marry some of them and he always respected their cultures. He even married a Persian princess himself. In fact, Alexander the Great married multiple Persian women, including Roxana, Stateira, and Parysatis. Alexander also arranged marriages between his officers and Persian noblewomen.

With this method (and his awesome tactical and military skills ) he nearly conquered the entire world.

You see, there is no reason to try to improve this situation. It is as the natural state should have it. White men leading black men, not the vice versa.

Remember - the very first slaves brought into America were Irish.

It is the origin of the n-bomb.

In England the coal mining slave force was mostly Irish children, appearing black as "Nigerians".

I'm uncertain the Trump administration isn't going to institute a day of rememberance called "N-----fest" in their honor, but it sounds about white.

I did not see anything in the memo directing the DIA to continue observing holidays that specifically honor white men. Maybe because that's not typically a thing?

What's to improve?

There is nothing to stop a black aspirant from becoming an officer any more than there is a white person. Or any other person for that matter. It's just a job. In fact, it's probably easier than most jobs because it just takes effort. The officer corps are typically undermanned. In 2024, my daughter's ROTC detachment accepted 100% of the cadets into the professional cadet corps. It just takes more effort than pursuing some other career path. But it's not like it's a big deal. If you're medically qualified, have the grades, and can pass a PT test and a piss test, you'll likely commission.
