Hey, it's good stuff. Try it, doesn't take long to make. If you don't have Irish whiskey, you can use Bourbon.

I love Jameson but I have a secret to let you in on. That stuff they send over to the states isn't anything like what they keep for themselves. When I was in Dublin I went on a tour of the distillery and they give some really good tastings of things like their single cask distiller's reserve.
