... into whether she has engaged in misconduct ...

imo, she messed up, big time.

For a person in her position, I think the bar to clear is not, "is it legal?," but "what is the perception?"

She seemed to have had such a solid case to present to the Court, and she messed up.

"what is the perception?"

That's the standard for Dems.

For Republicans you can be perceived as a narcissistic criminally negligent P***Y grabbing Russian lovin hateful racist Insurrectionist and that's ALL perfectly acceptable.

Legislative committees investigate while prosecutors prosecute. They fight out their differences in court. Just another day and another fifty cents.

Oh, I agree, the ultimate legal resolution will be determined by the Courts.

But, until we get to that point, what may be the damage to our Judicial system?

@#5

And that still does not address my concern about perception vs legality.

Glad you're back to offer assessments on what is sure to be a litigation and legal critical time.

I'll wager that Ms. Willis will cause this situation to be driven into a ditch by those in charge, when she starts raising the evidence at hand in her cases. Tune in for more hijinks...

She will go down as one of the dumbest DA's in history. Her testimony showed it. "I'm not a wine girl, I like Grey Goose."

She had no business specially hiring and appointing her lover to prosecute a former POTUS. Especially one whom she politically opposed. That has to be the ultimate appearance of impropriety regardless of how meritorious the criminal charges.
