U.S. Debt Is on Pace to Set a Record. (The Data Goes Back to 1790.)

If Republicans pass their tax and spending megabill, the record will arrive even sooner

The Republican Party has has a plan for many, many years to cut taxes for the rich, and add to the burden of the poor, until the "great day" arrives when America is bankrupt and the rich can take everything including housing, health care, and those things that FDR instituted like social security, away from the poor and the powerless.
No such thing as a good Republican in the time of Trump, they are all too cowardly to stand up for the rule of law and democracy itself

Even with the tax cuts, revenue is projected to increase 4% annually between 2024 and 2027. We don't have a revenue problem. Now, we need DOGE to do their part. With revenue increasing while driving a growing GDP, we will finally start to decrease debt as a % of GDP. That is what happens when you have an actual president working on behalf of Americans and not a brain dead corpse being manipulated by a bunch of Gen Z and millennials pandering to China.

With revenue increasing while driving a growing GDP, we will finally start to decrease debt as a % of GDP.
