Dangerous, mentally ill people shouldn't be released into public. This judge sent Feliz Enrique to Rikers Island; no bond hearing. Enrique had his last day of freedom for a few years when he was arrested. He'll sit in that island gulag throughout his trial, conviction, and sentencing. Defense counsel will convince Enrique to plead guilty to a lesser charge to save the court system time and money. This cannibal will be out of commission for a few years at least.
