Judge Rules Against Trump's NIH Grant Cuts

A federal judge in Boston has ruled that the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) must immediately restore approximately 400 grants touching on politically sensitive topics that it abruptly canceled earlier this year.

According to the article, the judge deemed the obvious racial and orientation discrimination was sufficient. Especially since the cancellations were "capricious", i.e., had no real-world bearing to relative validity.
